Delta Dental of WI once again chose Ellis Construction as their Design-Build Construction Manager for their new consolidated corporate headquarters office building. The 4 level, 126,555 square-foot building borrows heavily from the world of hospitality design to create an employee-centric building with a large 3-story central atrium for dining, working and socializing.
Other amenities include multiple wing office space, boardroom, conference center, full-service kitchen and cafeteria, fitness center, group exercise rooms, game room for employees to enjoy during their breaks, outdoor collaborating spaces, terraced pond overlook, skybridges connecting the east and west wing on the 2nd and 3rd levels, an underground parking structure, history wall, and a beautiful wall graphic made of Wisconsin based outdoor photographs located in the central atrium.
The use of underfloor air distribution on the office floors allows for enhanced indoor air quality and flexible open office areas that foster collaborative work between departments, while smaller focus rooms are an option for more focused work.
