Ellis and Ki Mobility have a successful 10-year relationship, so it was no surprise Ki Mobility called upon Ellis once again to design and build the 83,000-square-foot expansion. The completion of phase 3 took the total square footage designed by Ellis to more than 200,000 square feet.
Ellis proved its ability to be effective and efficient in maximizing the building footprint with no disruption to the current shipping docks, take advantage of the acreage of the site and be best prepared to accommodate for future growth opportunities when necessary.
