Ellis Construction’s dedication to deadlines and project management prowess was on display when recently helping transition one large office space into a new, effective center to house multiple community service organizations in 55,000 square ft. 

Ellis used its creative design process to analyze ways to use the current access floors to help divide the overall layout while incorporating necessary wall ratings for fire safety. The team also designed a newly retrofitted HVAC system to best serve the new building layout, creating substantial savings for the client.  

Tested with a flood prior to construction and supply chain issues in securing finishing materials, Ellis stuck to its fast-track schedule and firm completion dates to analyze productivity daily. This diligence allowed them to meet scheduled milestones and save money for the owners and ensure a high-quality end product for everyone to enjoy.
