Village Park at Plover

Ellis Construction designed and built a 45,152 square foot retail center with a traditional small-town, downtown look. Ellis architects used several different pre-colored blocks and block patterns for variety in the facade to create the look of several buildings built over time.

Ellis has been involved in several subsequent Design-Build projects for this owner, including additional buildings on this site and adjacent sites along with the Weston Lifestyles buildings in Weston, Wisconsin.
