Seramur Park

Stevens Point, WI 

Ellis Construction led the final construction phase of Seramur Park, completing the renovation for the City of Stevens Point in August 2024.

The project encompassed a new central pavilion, accessible family restroom, two ADA-compliant parking stalls, and accompanying site work.

Ellis Construction is proud to have delivered this inclusive and durable public space project, working in partnership with the city, design-engineering firm Rettler Corporation and the grassroots “Friends of Emerson Park” fundraising group.
