Scaffidi Motors once again called upon Ellis Construction to design and construct an addition to the original 34,000 square-foot Ellis designed and built dealership. The 2017 addition consisted of a 6,000 square-foot expansion of the service department with multiple overhead doors, an express door for quick and efficient separation of the two main service areas, along with upgrades to the existing car wash system.

Additionally, an 8,000-gallon waste oil tank and burner system was also designed into the heating system for the entire building. New swale systems and expansion of the parking areas were key components to the project in order to address limited changing and nearly flat grades. The addition nearly doubled the capacity for Scaffidi’s clients’ service needs, accomplished in an environment with polished concrete floors that rival many other dealerships in Wisconsin.
