North Haven Assisted Living is a community of neighboring facilities which provide assisted living to the Stevens Point area. Ellis Construction was given the opportunity to design and build the North Crest and North Ridge Community Based Residential Facilities (CBRF) located in each other’s back yard.

North Crest CBRF is a 14,000+ square-foot building designed to meet strict State guidelines, the customer’s vision, and ensure full accessibility. The facility includes 20 resident bedrooms, two executive resident rooms with private bath and living room, a commercial kitchen with a walk-in pantry, commercial laundry, a community dining room, two lounges, beauty shop, chapel, two visiting areas, a four-season sun room, administrative offices and nurses’ station to be able to meet all resident and staff needs.

North Ridge CBRF has over 11,000 square-feet and includes 24 resident rooms with private baths, multi-purpose room, common area with a fireplace, a commercial kitchen, commercial laundry, a beauty shop, administrative offices and nurses’ station to meet the needs of residents and staff.
