Continuing a successful relationship with Greenheck Fan Corporation in Schofield, Ellis Construction designed and built their newest facility, Facility 19. This 79,324 square-foot addition added to Ellis’ previous Greenheck Facility 18, a 52,000 square-foot facility, puts the total area built by Ellis Construction at 131,824 square feet. The center houses engineering and manufacturing operations and is designed to encourage and support collaboration between teams.  

The project represented early strategic partnerships and a truly integrated project delivery method incorporating Greenheck’s Facilities, engineering and manufacturing departments, and Ellis Construction and trade partners and designers, to envision, design, and build an industry-leading and globally positioned center for continuous manufacturing improvement.
