Ellis Construction is proud to have created a lasting landmark in the Clintonville area that opened in 2024. The community of Clintonville embarked on a journey with Parkitecture to dream up a facility to serve the recreational needs of its young residents. Ellis was chosen to bring this dream to life with a multi-acre project that included a 2,000 square-foot shelter, bathhouse and concessions facility. Tens of thousands of cubic yards of fill were removed to make way for the 1.5 acre, 12-foot-deep pond along with water slides.
