Verified by our project managers and superintendents, invoices are reviewed for accuracy, confirming materials are delivered in good condition and subcontractors’ work meets our high standards. Our accounting software actively flags overcharges or invoices that lack proper insurance certification. We develop detailed schedules during preconstruction and continuously refine them throughout the project lifecycle. Our Superintendents and Project Managers create rolling 3-week and 6-week look-ahead schedules every week. This process is shared with all trade partners weekly and the owner at construction progress meetings. Streamlined communication keeps stakeholders connected and informed, allowing us to anticipate and address potential delays swiftly. Focusing on cost-efficient solutions, we align timelines with budgetary constraints, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow, correlated to correct labor and manpower presence as well. By reviewing our lookahead scheduling at each meeting, we can identify challenges, opportunities and wins together as a team, which will allow us to quickly pivot to optimize your project.
